Natal house Carlos J. Finlay
The house marked with the number 4, present-day 5 of the street Christ, between Pamela Fernández and Lugareño, is one of his relevant samples, he was inaugurated in December of 2002.
In this house, constructed at the end of the century XVIII, was born the December 3, 1833 Carlos J. Finlay Barrés, eminent scientist and discoverer of the transmitting agent of yellow fever.
Your architectonic value consists in the persistence of codes of the primitive architecture of the XVIth centuries and XVII of Moorish Mudejar character, codes of the XVIIIth century in which happens the baroque native and the focus of the neoclassical period.
